Knoxville, TN (November 4, 2010) - Technology 2020′s Innovation Valley Technology Council presented its annual Navigator Awards October 27 at the Entrepreneurial Imperative 2010 Conference. Awards of excellence were given for this year's top entrepreneur, researcher, and technology company, as well as for the Tech Council member of the year and to the member who has shown exceptional community service.

The Tech Council's Entrepreneur of the Year award went to Eric Dobson, CEO of TrakLok Corporation, an intermodal shipping security company based in Knoxville.

Dobson co-founded TrakLok in 2008 to develop and commercialize both the GeoLok container security device and Traklog software to manage container security. Earlier this year, TrakLok acquired Knoxville based TeleSensors to provide electronic design and development, and wireless sensor platform. TrakLok is also a TNInvestco recipient.
